It is some consolation to know that even very experienced players like yourself still have problems with time David. I seem to be avoiding obvious blunders myself quite well, but I definitely need to find better moves a bit quicker over the board!
That is an good point about 33. Reb1 which is the strongest move according to Shredder. The strongest reply seems to be 33....Rxb1+ which results in the loss of the Black Bishop and a clear defeat for Black. Perhaps I shouldn't be too sore about losing this game!

Yeah losing on time is a tough lesson I'm still learning after suffering from that in my last two Division1 games. At first I was a little indignant after the matches but after calming down I know that the time is a BIG part of playing competitive chess and if your opponent uses it better then well played to them...

So it's well played Tony. Looking at the game I noticed a possible move 33 R(e)b1 which (I think) forces 33...Rb3 and then 34. Rd1 c6 35. Ra6. Just an idea.
