I swear my computer actually did a double take when I moved the game from move 69 to move 70??? That's a sweet bit of chess right there! Well fought Ken!

Oh dear oh dear - how must poor Mr Childs have felt having blown his winning chance in such spectacular style. And you having such an unlikely last minute reprieve! It must be down to what we were talking about - mental exhaustion causing total befuddlement!

Ken, that game really put a smile back on my face after a tough weekend all round. Without sounding facetious chess seems a lot more enjoyable slightly down the tables.
