Torbay League Fixtures Set for the 2017-18 Season

The 2017 Autumn Council Meeting of the Torbay Chess League took place at TBGS on Wednesday 20th September 2017, with represnetatives from South Hams, Plymouth, Torbay, TBGS, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth. South Hams was particularly well represented, with three of the key Torbay League officers:

  • Phil McConnell (Secretary)
  • Alan Davies (Treasurer)
  • Ben Wilkinson (Competition Secretary)

Cliff Peach was also present as an observer.

South Hams and Newton Abbot are the only clubs entering all six of the Torbay League competitions:
