Hello mate, thanks for the feedback it is appreciated. Yep, I think I was premature, and more patience needed. I did feel I had a lot of threats but was struggling to make anything stick. Rushing to press a perceived advantage cost the bishop. By move 25 I was feeling dead in the water. Yes I probably should have retreated the knight, but by then the impetus of the attack was lost and I was already feeling on the back foot so it was a way to close out the game. Anyway, enjoyable, but a reminder of what 300 plus rating points means along with 15 extra years of experience. I'll be better next time. Promise. May be. ;-) L

16.Qe3 was a mistake gifting me a Bishop. The Queen had to go to b1. 25.Nxg7 was a massive error which ultlimately finished the game. Not sure what your thinking behind that move was. An enjoyable game Lance, but I don't think your all out attack before developing your pieces is a good idea, but maybe I'm wrong.
